Start by sending us a sample hat or a detailed design that includes size and style. We’ll use this to create your custom mold.
Our molds can be customized to fit head sizes ranging from 52 to 65 cm.
With over years of experience, our in-house engineers will review and refine the mold to ensure it’s just right before production.
We create your custom hat mold using high-quality aluminum, typically taking 7–14 days to complete. The cost for each mold is $200. Plus, if you order over 500 hats, Shine Hats will cover half the mold cost.
You can place a sample order for $35, which will be refunded if you proceed with a bulk order.
Once your sample is approved, finalize the design by choosing strap materials, main labels, hang tags, sweatbands, linings, and accessories.
After confirmation, we begin bulk production with a typical turnaround time of 30 days.
Shipping is handled via sea express, with no customs paperwork or surprise fees. For example, shipping 400 hats typically costs $500 or less.
